What Returns and Claims does.
Adds a Returns page to your site where customers find their order with its number and their email, pick what went wrong, add photos and say how they'd like it fixed. Every claim comes to one inbox with the order, the photos and the conversation, and you answer each one once. Store credit is a one-use Inkress discount code, sent by email; a replacement is marked sent with its tracking number.
Refunds are made in Inkress and recorded on the claim, and customers get an email at each step. It handles problems with the goods, not card disputes, which stay with Inkress.
