FleekSite (us, we, or our) operates the fleeksite.com website (the Service). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service, and the choices you have associated with that data.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes, to provide and improve our Service to you.

Personal data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Email address
• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Address, state, province, ZIP or postal code, and city
• Cookies and usage data

Usage data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This usage data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (for example, your IP address), browser type and version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Tracking and cookies data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. They are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags and scripts, to collect and track information and to improve and analyse our Service.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

FleekSite uses the collected data for various purposes:

FleekSite may disclose your personal data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

Security of data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Service providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related tasks, or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics

We may use third party service providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt out of having your activity on the Service made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information with Google Analytics about your visit activity. Connected email accounts (Lead Inbox)

Lead Inbox lets a site owner reply to their leads (people who filled in a form on the owner's website) from the FleekSite dashboard, using the owner's own email address. To do this the owner connects their mailbox, either with Google sign-in (Gmail and Google Workspace) or with the email address and password of another email host. This section explains what we access, why, and how you stay in control.

What we access

• Your email address, to show which mailbox is connected and to send from it.
• Permission to send email as you (Gmail: the gmail.send permission). We use it only to send the reply you write in Lead Inbox and choose to send, to the lead in that conversation. We never send email automatically, without you pressing Send, or in bulk.
• Permission to read your email, only if you allow it (Gmail: the gmail.readonly permission, which you can decline on Google's screen and still send replies; for other hosts, the mailbox you connect). We use it to show your conversations with your leads in one place: their answers, and emails you write to them from your own email app.

What we read and keep

• We read only mail that arrives or is sent after you connect your mailbox. Older mail is never read.
• For each new message we check the sender and recipients to see whether it is to or from one of your site's leads. Only those messages are downloaded and kept. All other mail is ignored and never stored.
• The lead messages we keep are encrypted, are visible only to your site's team inside your FleekSite dashboard, and are deleted when the lead or the site is deleted.
• Your mailbox password or Google access token is stored encrypted and is used only by our mail service to send and read as described here.

How we use and share it

Email data is used only to provide Lead Inbox to you: to send your replies and to show your conversations with your leads. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. People at FleekSite do not read it, except with your permission for support, when needed for security, or when required by law.

When your mailbox cannot be read, a lead's answer comes back through a reply address at reply.fleeksite.com. Those answers are received and briefly stored by Amazon Web Services on our behalf (deleted after 30 days) and are otherwise treated as described above.

Google user data

FleekSite's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

You can disconnect your mailbox at any time in Lead Inbox settings. Disconnecting stops all sending and reading, deletes the stored password or token, and, for Google accounts, revokes FleekSite's access with Google. You can also remove FleekSite's access from your Google Account permissions page. To have the conversations we keep deleted, delete the leads or contact us.

Links to other sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Social media connections

We use social media connections in order to create and authenticate users and post to their accounts. No further information is requested or used in any other manner.

Children's privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (children). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
