What Possibug does.
Possibug checks your site every minute: the home page, your shop, checkout and Inkress's card form, your contact form, your WhatsApp button and your domain. It finds them on your site by itself, so there is nothing to set up. When something stops working you get a WhatsApp message and an email within a few minutes, in plain words, saying what customers can't do and whose job it is to fix it.
While checkout is down it can put a banner on your site sending customers to WhatsApp. It only looks at your pages: it never places an order, charges a card or sends your contact form.
