Shop Assistant puts a chat on your site that answers shoppers from your own shop: it recommends from your products with a price and an Add to cart button, quotes delivery from your delivery zones, and tells customers where their order is once their order number and email match. It only says what your shop says, and when it can't answer it saves the question for you and offers a person on WhatsApp or by email, with the conversation attached. You read every conversation here and write an answer once for questions it missed.
